How does the 14-day free trial work?
Sign up for any plan and get full access to all features for 14 days. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, choose to subscribe or your account will be paused (your data is never deleted). You can reactivate anytime.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features with prorated billing. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as direct bank transfer for annual Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is my data secure and HIPAA compliant?
Yes. BehaviorIQ is fully HIPAA compliant with end-to-end encryption, SOC 2 Type II certification, and regular security audits. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Enterprise plans include additional security features like SSO and audit logging.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is never deleted when you cancel. Your account is paused and you can export all your data at any time. After 90 days of inactivity, we will reach out before any data archival. Enterprise customers receive extended data retention.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or educational institutions?
Yes, we offer 25% off any plan for registered non-profit organizations and accredited educational institutions. Contact our sales team with documentation of your status to receive the discount.
Can I add more users to the Solo plan?
The Solo plan is designed for individual practitioners with 1 user account. If you need additional users, we recommend upgrading to the Clinic plan which supports up to 15 users with team management features.
What support is included?
Solo plans include email support with 24-hour response times. Clinic plans include priority support with 4-hour response times and live chat during business hours. Enterprise plans include a dedicated account manager, phone support, and custom onboarding.
